Role Overview
The Assistant Centre Head will oversee day-to-day institute operations, manage admissions and revenue delivery, and support overall business growth for the Surat centre. The position combines centre administration, sales-driven activity, people coordination and service quality oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the institute as an independent profit centre and work toward sales, revenue and profitability goals.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives to help achieve admission targets.
- Present the institute and its course offerings, handle walk-ins efficiently, counsel prospects and convert enquiries into registrations.
- Hire required staff and complete induction for new joiners.
- Manage admission processes, onboard students and organise batch formation.
- Implement timetables and teaching schedules while maintaining discipline among staff and students.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors as needed.
- Handle cash flow, receivables and payables in an organised manner.
- Design and drive activities that generate additional revenue.
- Develop corporate and institutional business opportunities.
- Build partnerships with nearby colleges, schools and tuition centres.
- Coordinate with all supporting functions to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain records, files and databanks accurately.
- Track the local market, industry trends and competition closely.
- Ensure strong education quality and a high level of student satisfaction.
Eligibility
This role is open to any graduate. The preferred candidate is female and will work from VLCC School of Beauty in Surat.
