Job Overview

Become a vital part of Charlie Bigham's Assembly Team, producing top-quality meals enjoyed nationwide. In a modern food production facility, you will be responsible for carefully assembling meal components to precise standards, ensuring each dish maintains the company's high-quality benchmarks.

Role Duties

  • Prepare award-winning meals by assembling food products according to strict specifications and quality controls.
  • Verify accuracy and consistency of each dish before advancing to subsequent production phases.
  • Perform quality inspections and identify any products that fall short of company standards.
  • Adhere to assembly instructions and established production procedures to ensure uniformity.
  • Maintain exemplary hygiene, food safety practices, and cleanliness throughout the work area.
  • Complete all necessary production documentation with accuracy.
  • Effectively communicate with team members to facilitate smooth shift transitions.
  • Promptly report any quality, safety, or equipment issues to relevant personnel.
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced environment to meet daily production goals and provide customers with outstanding meals.

No prior experience in food production or manufacturing is required as comprehensive training will be provided.

Work Schedule

This full-time position involves working 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am.

  • Competitive hourly wage starting at £15.09, increasing to £15.72 after three months (equivalent to approximately £31,000 to £32,000 annually, excluding overtime).
