About Us
We are Anderer Architekten, a small, innovative architecture firm located in Munich Pasing. Our team operates in a close-knit, familial environment where you engage fully in projects and contribute creatively to planning and design processes. Our current focus is on socially responsible buildings and community-oriented developments like cooperative housing and social residential projects. Additionally, we have experience in various projects including residential, commercial, office buildings, childcare facilities, and renovations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead conceptual design, construction, and detailed planning
- Collaborate on all project phases from initial concept to completion (LPH 1-9)
- Optionally manage site supervision
- Take charge of interesting projects either independently or within a team
- Communicate effectively with clients, specialist planners, and authorities
Qualifications and Requirements
- Completed degree in architecture
- At least two years of professional experience, especially in project phases LPH 1-5
- Passion for all aspects of design and planning
- Proficient use of ArchiCAD in both 2D and 3D
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
- Fluent German communication skills, both spoken and written
- Team-oriented attitude, strong initiative, and readiness to take responsibility
- Confident interpersonal skills when dealing with clients and planners
