Architectural Drafter

Position Summary

The Architectural Drafter will create precise architectural drawings and documentation utilizing Revit software. The position demands exceptional technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and adaptability within predefined workflows. The drafter will work closely with architects, engineers, and project coordinators to ensure all drawings meet accuracy, compliance, and project criteria. Working hours are fixed from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural plans, sections, and elevations using Revit.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant building codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to perfect design elements.
• Make revisions to drawings based on feedback or changes in site conditions.
• Organize and maintain drawing files and associated documentation.
• Adhere to established project workflows and protocols.
• Provide technical drafting and coordination support to project teams.

Qualifications and Skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in architectural drafting.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Revit architectural drawings.
• Advanced Revit proficiency is essential.
• Knowledge of architectural standards, construction techniques, and detailing methods.
• Capability to produce clear, accurate, and thorough drawings.
• Experience with CAD software and 3D modeling tools is advantageous.
