Architectural Designer/Draftsperson

Position Overview

We are looking to hire a full-time Architectural Designer/Draftsperson who will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Project Architects, and Associates. This role encompasses involvement throughout all stages of the design process—from initial schematic designs and design development to the preparation of detailed construction documents and construction administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Create schematic and design development drawings.
• Prepare detailed construction documents primarily using AutoCAD.
• Participate in construction administration tasks.
• Support design, drafting, and oversight specifically for roofing replacement projects.
• Assist in marketing initiatives and office administration as needed.
