We are looking for a motivated Architectural Designer to join our dedicated team in Dallas, TX. This full-time position offers a hybrid work setup, enabling partial work-from-home flexibility. The selected candidate will be instrumental in crafting and documenting sophisticated residential designs, generating interior architectural concepts, creating drawings, and coordinating project specifics. Effective collaboration with builders, clients, and the project team is essential.

Responsibilities and Skills

• Develop interior architectural design concepts for high-end residences
• Prepare comprehensive drawings and documentation for residential permit approvals
• Coordinate design details with builders, clients, and project teams to ensure smooth execution

Qualifications

• Proven experience producing all drawings needed for residential permit sets
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and SketchUp software tools
