Job Responsibilities
- Lead design, approval, and execution planning phases (service phases 1–4).
- Develop architectural concepts and detailed design elements (service phase 5).
- Oversee project progress in the scope of artistic architectural supervision.
- Work collaboratively with clients and technical planners.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of five years of professional experience in architecture.
- Strong expertise across planning phases 1 through 5.
- Proficiency in ARCHICAD and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently, a team-oriented approach, and a strong sense of design quality.
- Fluent German language skills.
