Position Overview

We are seeking skilled architects to join our team immediately for challenging projects in historic preservation, focusing on service phases 6 to 8.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed specifications and tender documents
• Conduct contract award negotiations
• Supervise construction sites
• Review and verify invoices
• Manage project acceptance and handovers
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation

Candidate Profile

• Completed degree in Architecture
• Strong interest in architecture and traditional building methods
• Fluency in German, especially for negotiations
• Experience with AVA software (Orca) is required
