Job Overview and Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Architect with experience in architectural and interior design to join our team in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The candidate will be responsible for creating design concepts, detailed layouts, and comprehensive working drawings. The role involves producing 2D drawings, 3D models, and high-quality renders that accurately depict design proposals.

Working closely with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams, the Architect will translate client requirements into practical design solutions while recommending appropriate materials, finishes, and design elements. On-site visits will be conducted to gather measurements, coordinate designs, and support project execution. Meeting project deadlines and maintaining precision in drawings is critical.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and at least one 3D visualization software such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or 3ds Max is essential.
• Between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in architecture or interior design.
• Possess a strong design sensibility along with deep knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction details.
• Effective communication and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.

Salary Range: INR 20000 to 35000 per month
