Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Architect with 7-12 years in handling Floor Space Index (FSI) planning, securing statutory approvals including NOCs, and maintaining liaison with municipal authorities. This role requires coordination with architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure the punctual completion of real estate projects.
Working Hours
The position involves working six days a week, from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a background in architecture with over seven years of experience in real estate, demonstrating expertise in FSI planning, obtaining NOC approvals, managing municipal communications, and coordinating projects to secure timely statutory approvals and facilitate smooth project execution.
