About the Role
If retail excites you, this is your chance to join a vibrant team as an Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant at Savers Health Home & Beauty located in Trowbridge, England. The role demands a positive, energetic individual eager to engage with customers and contribute to a team environment. You will be recognized as a key member in-store who helps maintain high standards and builds strong community connections to deliver excellent value to shoppers.
Training and Progression
The apprenticeship spans 12 months of hands-on training in the store with no classroom attendance or homework. Upon completing the program, you'll undergo an assessment consisting of a practical demonstration and discussion of your experience. Throughout the apprenticeship, dedicated support from your team and tutor will help you achieve the Level 2 Retailer Apprenticeship qualification.

Eligibility Requirements
- Minimum grade 4/C GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths (Scotland National 4's accepted)
- Not currently engaged in any education and available for full-time shifts
- No prior completion of a Retail Apprenticeship
