About the Role

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist customers by resolving technical and geoscience-related issues using specialized Earth science software.
- Partner with internal technical teams to analyze complex challenges and create effective solutions.
- Participate in testing new product features and provide constructive feedback to influence future software versions.
- Conduct product training sessions and share technical expertise with clients and peers.
- Develop in-depth product proficiency while supporting mining and mineral exploration projects globally.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geoscience, Earth Sciences, or an equivalent field.
- Have at least two years of professional experience within the mining and/or mineral exploration sectors.
- Demonstrate solid technical knowledge and enthusiasm for specialized software applications.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail coupled with robust problem-solving capabilities.
- Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate and convey technical concepts.
- Customer-oriented mindset with clarity in explaining complex information.
- Reside in Christchurch with the ability to work primarily onsite.
- Must be legally eligible to work in New Zealand.
