Primary Responsibilities

• Assist customers by resolving technical and geoscience-related issues using specialized Earth science software.
• Partner with internal technical teams to analyze complex challenges and create effective solutions.
• Participate in testing new product features and provide constructive feedback to influence future software versions.
• Conduct product training sessions and share technical expertise with clients and peers.
• Develop in-depth product proficiency while supporting mining and mineral exploration projects globally.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geoscience, Earth Sciences, or an equivalent field.
• Have at least two years of professional experience within the mining and/or mineral exploration sectors.
• Demonstrate solid technical knowledge and enthusiasm for specialized software applications.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail coupled with robust problem-solving capabilities.
• Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate and convey technical concepts.
• Customer-oriented mindset with clarity in explaining complex information.
• Reside in Christchurch with the ability to work primarily onsite.
• Must be legally eligible to work in New Zealand.
