  • Serve as a crucial liaison among Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Customer Service teams.
  • Track, monitor, and enhance on-time delivery rates and revenue-related performance metrics.
  • Identify potential risks related to material availability, production capacities, and lead times, and proactively suggest mitigation strategies.
  • Support the evolution of ERP systems, promote data-driven decision making, and engage in continuous process optimizations.
  • Plan and schedule the flow of materials seamlessly throughout production cycles.
  • Coordinate material requirement adjustments influenced by demand changes, engineering updates, and production schedules.
  • Collaborate closely with Procurement to achieve exemplary inventory management standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, revenue indices, and cycle durations.
  • Clearly communicate potential supply constraints and their impact on customer commitments to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist with ERP system usage, particularly Microsoft Dynamics AX, and related transition projects.
  • Promote a work culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and ongoing improvement efforts.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or an equivalent field or experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using ERP systems, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX being strongly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical capabilities paired with an ability to work independently, handle prioritization effectively, and adapt swiftly to change.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-reliability manufacturing setting.
  • Excellent communication skills; naturally collaborative and solution-focused.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications; familiarity with SharePoint is beneficial.
