Role overview
TalentPop App is looking for a remote Amazon e-commerce operations assistant to take charge of day-to-day marketplace management on Amazon. The ideal person will be highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable handling listings, inventory, performance tracking, and seller support tasks across Amazon Seller Central.
Key responsibilities
- Keep Amazon product listings fully optimized, including titles, bullet points, and A+ content, with the goal of improving visibility and conversion.
- Track important marketplace metrics such as Best Seller Rank, impressions, and conversion performance, and share regular weekly reports.
- Manage FBA and FBM inventory carefully, balancing stock levels to reduce the risk of shortages or excess inventory.
- Submit and follow up on cases with Amazon Seller Support for troubleshooting, policy questions, and account health issues.
- Carry out competitor research and keyword analysis to uncover product opportunities and strengthen listing exposure.
- Oversee customer feedback, product reviews, and Amazon Brand Health indicators.
Requirements
- At least one year of direct, hands-on experience working with Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong understanding of Amazon policies, ranking logic, and listing optimization methods.
- Experience with Amazon research tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Strong analytical ability and close attention to detail, especially when working with data and inventory processes.
- Excellent written communication skills for persuasive listing content and professional correspondence with seller support.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-moving, target-focused environment.
- Reliable internet service with at least 25 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download speeds.
- Own PC or laptop with at least an i5 processor.
