Role Overview
RiDiK, a global technology solutions company and a subsidiary of CLPS Incorporation (NASDAQ: CLPS), is hiring an AI Transformation Lead for its Jeddah, Saudi Arabia office. The role calls for a senior technology leader who can drive enterprise AI delivery in banking environments and translate advanced AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
Experience Required
This position requires more than 15 years of experience in IT services or banking technology. Candidates should also bring at least 5 years of direct experience leading AI/ML delivery or AI product initiatives.
Core Responsibilities and Focus Areas
The role is centered on delivering production-ready AI solutions for large banking organizations, rather than proof-of-concept or advisory-only engagements. It also requires practical leadership across modern LLM deployments, prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation workflows, and model tuning.
- Lead the delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions for banking clients.
- Work hands-on with open-source and cloud-based large language models.
- Design and implement prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and fine-tuning approaches.
- Contribute to AI transformation programs within GCC and Middle East banking environments.
- Evaluate and apply AI use cases across banking operations and adjacent business functions.
Technical Expertise Needed
- Experience with open-source LLMs such as QWEN, LLaMA 3, and Mistral, as well as cloud model APIs including Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude.
- Practical knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, and Chroma, along with RAG system design.
- Understanding of GPU infrastructure, including VRAM planning, quantisation methods like GGUF and GPTQ, inference optimisation using tools such as vLLM and Ollama, and on-premise model hosting.
- Ability to design hybrid AI architectures that balance data sovereignty requirements with cloud scalability.
- Familiarity with AI/ML platforms such as Azure AI Studio, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI for MLOps workflows.
- Strong domain knowledge of banking use cases including KYC/AML, credit risk, fraud detection, regulatory reporting automation, AI-supported testing, and intelligent document processing.
- Exposure to multi-agent frameworks, agentic workflow design, and enterprise AI platform assessment.
