About the Role
Join ProcessPath, a division of Rmkble based in Melbourne, as an AI Solutions Engineer. This role offers a unique chance to influence the future of AI-enabled workflows, intelligent automation, and digital transformation by partnering with clients to redesign operational processes and deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-driven digital tools, intelligent automation, and enhanced workflows.
- Collaborate with clients to explore innovative possibilities and translate ideas into feasible solution designs and delivery plans.
- Create, test, and implement AI solutions including agent-based, conversational, or knowledge-centric applications as appropriate.
- Integrate new solutions with existing enterprise systems, data sources, APIs, collaboration platforms, and knowledge bases.
- Transform business challenges into effective, scalable technical solutions.
- Guide clients through all phases from initial concept and MVP development to comprehensive deployment and adoption.
- Apply best practices in governance, security, environment management, testing, and lifecycle maintenance.
- Lead and support cross-functional delivery teams, engage stakeholders, and foster collaboration between internal experts and clients.
- Partner with consultants, designers, engineers, delivery leads, and client representatives to ensure alignment and success.
- Contribute to the development of reusable delivery models, internal resources, knowledge sharing, and industry case studies.
- Assist organizations in automating manual processes, refining workflows, and discovering improved operational methods.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience delivering AI-enabled solutions, focusing on automation and workflow transformation.
- Robust background in solution engineering, intelligent automation, and enhancing process efficiency.
- Extensive practical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform or equivalent automation and business application tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems thinking skills geared towards solution design.
- Familiarity with agentic workflows, intelligent process automation, API integrations, data orchestration, and enterprise platforms.
- Understanding of AI concepts such as intelligent agents, chatbots, knowledge retrieval, autonomous systems, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Skilled in consulting stakeholders, capturing business requirements, and translating these into comprehensive technical solutions.
- Awareness of governance, security protocols, testing processes, deployment strategies, and solution lifecycle management.
- A cooperative approach with a willingness to collaborate across various disciplines.
- Excellent communication skills capable of conveying complex technical ideas clearly and effectively.
