About the Role

Join Treelife's Founders Office as an AI Enabler, a pivotal role that acts as the connection between the company's strategic goals and the implementation of AI tools and workflows that drive these objectives. This position does not require coding skills but demands a strong understanding of AI functionalities and applying them to solve operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and deploy AI workflows using no-code/low-code platforms such as Make, Zapier, Notion AI, Claude, and ChatGPT.
• Create prompt libraries, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and AI-assisted templates for utilization by various practice teams.
• Manage collaboration with third-party vendors for custom AI tool development, including oversight of project timelines and communication of rollout plans.
• Monitor AI adoption metrics including time savings, error reduction, and quality of output, delivering reports to leadership.
• Continuously improve deployed workflows by gathering user feedback, identifying bottlenecks, and enhancing client delivery processes.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, training materials, and user manuals for all AI implementations.
• Support the Founders Office by preparing briefing documents, conducting research, and developing decision-making resources.
• Keep abreast of developments in the AI and startup ecosystem, highlighting relevant tools, partnership opportunities, and competitive insights.
• Contribute to cross-department strategic initiatives driven by the Founders Office.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or client-facing roles within startups.
• Hold a finance or business undergraduate degree; an MBA from a reputable institution is preferred.
• Have practical, hands-on experience implementing AI solutions in a business environment rather than just theoretical knowledge.
• Demonstrate experience in operations and close collaboration with startup founders.
• Exhibit structured thinking, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to present effectively to senior leadership.
• Display a high degree of ownership and comfort working directly with founders.
• Familiarity with tools like Make, Zapier, Notion, Claude, ChatGPT, or Airtable is considered an advantage.
