Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site position in Doha, Qatar for a video editor who can work with both standard editing tools and AI-powered software. The role focuses on building polished video content for digital channels while improving workflow efficiency through modern editing techniques.

What the role involves

You will turn raw footage into finished videos, add transitions, visual effects, and simple motion graphics, and handle color work to keep the output consistent. You will also adapt videos for different platforms and formats, coordinate with producers, designers, and clients, and make sure the final edits match the brief and brand standards. Keeping project files organized, managing media assets, and tracking new AI tools and industry practices are also part of the job.

Qualifications and skills

• Hands-on experience in editing both short-form and long-form video content.
• Ability to perform color correction and grading to maintain a consistent look.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and graphic integration to support storytelling.
• Comfort using professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, along with AI-assisted editing tools.
• Understanding of export settings, aspect ratios, and codecs for social media, web, and broadcast delivery.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage several deadlines at once.
• Good communication and teamwork skills for working with creative and client-facing stakeholders.
• A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, or a related area, or equivalent practical experience.
