AI and Solution Architecture Manager

Role Objectives

This position is responsible for driving AI and digital transformation across the organization by ensuring effective governance, coordinated project execution, and fostering innovation. The manager will lead the development and implementation of AI use cases that support business expansion, operational efficiency, and foster digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement AI and digital transformation strategies, identifying impactful business cases and ensuring they are governed and executed successfully.
• Develop and oversee IT PMO governance frameworks including project standards, methodologies, reporting structures, and prioritization mechanisms.
• Manage the comprehensive portfolio of IT and digital projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals, budget plans, and timelines.
• Develop executive-level reports and dashboards, facilitate steering committee updates, assess risks, and measure transformation key performance indicators.
• Support organizational change management through facilitating user adoption, communication plans, and coordinating relevant training for transformation initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate project-related risks, dependencies, and challenges to assure continuous delivery and operational stability.
• Continuously monitor new technological advancements, AI developments, automation potentials, and industry best practices to improve processes and digital capabilities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields is required.
• Possession of certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management credentials is highly advantageous.
• A minimum of 8 to 10 years in IT project management, digital transformation, or PMO capacities, with prior experience in FMCG sectors preferred.
