AI and Knowledge Strategist

Overview

This role involves leading content strategy within Google Ads, a platform that connects users and businesses through advertising technology across various sectors such as search, display, shopping, travel, and video. You will contribute by creating meaningful content solutions that align with business objectives and product roadmaps, enhancing user and advertiser experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content strategies for designated products, ensuring alignment with product development timelines and prioritizing launches.
• Translate business needs into clear AI-driven content prompts and oversee AI model performance to maintain accurate, fact-based outputs consistent with advertising product logic.
• Create and update diverse content formats including text, video, and interactive AI-based solutions addressing key user concerns and customer journeys.
• Collaborate actively in cross-functional groups like Product Circles and Centers of Excellence to integrate content plans with broader product initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least five years of experience working within the Google Ads ecosystem and familiarity with its products.
• Proficient in leveraging AI-powered content generation tools.
• Preferred experience includes integrating content strategies with product and engineering teams, steering collaborations effectively.
• Knowledge of generative AI safety measures, with skills in risk mitigation concerning AI hallucinations and grounding inconsistencies to ensure dependable user experiences.
• Strong capabilities in content strategy, knowledge management methodologies, and data analytics.
• Ability to handle multiple projects on tight deadlines, recognizing and mitigating related risks.
