Role Overview
This senior finance position with a real estate development company is centered on strengthening financial strategy, reporting, compliance, and controls across projects and entities. The role supports leadership with reliable insights for planning, funding, governance, and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, management reporting, and group-level consolidation to support performance tracking and executive reviews.
- Supervise accounting activities, month-end closures, statutory financial statements, and project-level reporting with accuracy and compliance in focus.
- Handle treasury operations, working capital, fund deployment, project financing, and bank relationships, while coordinating with lenders, financial institutions, and investors for funding and debt servicing needs.
- Monitor collections, receivables, project expenses, vendor payouts, and profit performance to maintain financial discipline and healthy liquidity across projects.
- Improve internal controls, SOPs, and governance practices to reduce financial and operational risk.
- Work with internal and statutory auditors to manage audits, address observations, and strengthen a risk-conscious finance culture.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other real-estate-specific requirements across entities, including filings, assessments, and ledger finalization in line with relevant accounting standards.
- Oversee RERA-related financial disclosures, designated account compliance, and project-wise reporting for registered projects.
- Support legal and business development teams on transaction structuring, JDA financials, land acquisition matters, and investor due diligence.
Compensation
The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 18,00,000 to INR 33,00,000.
