Role Overview
The Advisory Consultant will contribute to the planning, development, and execution of projects within port, maritime, and logistics infrastructure. The role includes conducting sector studies, performing market and infrastructure assessments, and evaluating projects related to the port and maritime industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in researching the sector and analyzing markets and infrastructure for port and maritime-related assignments.
- Participate in preparing and reviewing feasibility reports, project documentation, concept notes, and advisory materials.
- Lead advisory projects focused on port sector transactions related to Public-Private Partnerships, including project structure design and managing bidding processes.
- Track project progress, monitor ongoing infrastructure developments, and conduct implementation reviews.
- Engage and coordinate with stakeholders such as government bodies, port authorities, private developers, concessionaires, investors, and others involved.
- Create presentations, progress updates, dashboards, and reports for clients and senior management.
- Support initiatives aimed at promoting investments and perform strategic analyses within the ports and maritime sector.
Experience and Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in infrastructure or advisory services.
- Mandatory experience within the port sector.
- Proven involvement with at least two Public-Private Partnership projects in India covering multiple stages of the project lifecycle.
