Role overview

Eduhub Institute is hiring a motivated Admission Counsellor for its Mumbai branch. The role focuses on guiding prospective students through course selection and admission decisions while helping the branch meet enrolment goals.

What you will do

• Speak with students about available programs, course options, and the admission process.
• Track and follow up on leads until they convert into confirmed admissions.
• Work toward monthly admission targets and enrolment objectives.
• Keep student and lead information updated and organized.
• Deliver a positive and helpful experience to every enquiry and applicant.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in admissions, education counselling, or a sales role.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
• A proactive, goal-focused, and self-driven approach.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.

Salary and benefits

The offered package is INR 3,00,000 to 3,25,000 per year, along with attractive incentives. Annual bonus is also included.

Eligibility

Candidates with a B.Tech / B.E. in any specialization, B.A. in any specialization, B.Com in any specialization, or a Bachelor of Vocational Studies in any specialization can apply.

Location

This position is based in Mumbai, India, and is intended for on-site work.
