Al-Futtaim Automotive is looking for an Administrative Executive to support daily business activity and keep automotive operations running efficiently. The position suits someone who is highly organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable handling a combination of administrative coordination, sales support, system follow-up, and operational tasks in a busy environment.

What you will do
- Support sales-related operations, including discount updates, lease deal coordination, and handling discrepancies in invoices.
- Assist with account reconciliation tasks and follow up on collections to help maintain accurate financial records.
- Take part in user acceptance testing for system and process improvements, including spotting issues and helping drive them to resolution.
- Handle routine administrative and operational requests from internal teams across the business.
- Keep work moving smoothly by coordinating tasks, monitoring follow-ups, and contributing to more efficient processes.
Skills and capabilities
- Strong planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage several deadlines at once.
- Practical knowledge of sales support, administrative coordination, and operational workflows.
- Careful attention to detail when working on invoicing, reconciliations, and interdepartmental follow-up.
- Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with different teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
What helps you succeed in this role
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline is preferred.
- Prior experience in administration, operations, or a support-focused role is desirable.
- Exposure to the automotive sector will be an advantage, especially in sales processes, invoice handling, reconciliation support, or system testing.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and business platforms such as SAP, CRM systems, or similar tools.

You will work within a collaborative automotive operations team, partnering closely with sales, finance, and internal support functions. The team focuses on operational accuracy, process effectiveness, and dependable internal service across the business.
