Job Summary
This position as an Administrative Assistant involves supporting a non-profit organization by managing grant-related tasks. The role aims to improve team efficiency by focusing on data entry, organizing information, communication, facilitation, and preparation of reports. Additional duties include coordinating meetings and managing project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedule changes and arrange conference calls and both virtual and in-person meetings.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality, respect, and professionalism when interacting with employees, leadership, grantees, community figures, and executives.
- Facilitate requests for information and data processing accurately and promptly.
- Quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools necessary for administrative functions.
- Support strategic process improvements through proactive contribution and skill development.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 4 years in administrative roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.
- Effective time and resource management with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Demonstrated professional customer service skills.
- Understanding of handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles.
- Competence in reporting and supporting team objectives.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
Compensation
Salary can be up to $70,000 per year.
