About the Role

Euro Group Engineering Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant / Secretary for a key operation and maintenance project involving municipal assets in Riyadh. The role involves managing official communications primarily with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing (MoMRAH), as well as preparing various professional documents, presentations, and maintaining organized project archives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compose, revise, and complete official correspondence, memos, and reports in both Arabic and English addressed to MoMRAH and affiliated agencies.
  • Create, format, and update management presentations, briefing materials, dashboards, and routine project reports for meetings internally and externally.
  • Handle senior executives’ calendars by organizing appointments, meetings, and engagements while coordinating logistics with ministry officials and project teams.
  • Record meeting minutes, distribute documented action items, and monitor their progress to ensure timely resolution.
  • Oversee document control including registration, tracking, archiving, retrieval, and safeguarding of confidential and sensitive documents both digitally and physically.
  • Maintain a well-ordered filing system for all project-related documentation ensuring retrieval efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor submissions, approvals, work orders, and renewals of municipal assets, keeping all stakeholders informed of updates and statuses.
  • Facilitate communication flow between departments, project teams, and external parties to support smooth operations.

Mandatory Qualifications and Skills
