Role overview
Manhattan Tech Ventures is hiring an Ad Operations (Programmatic) professional to run performance-driven campaigns across major digital channels and manage the full campaign lifecycle from setup to optimisation and troubleshooting.
Compensation and job basics
Compensation is ₹4–6 LPA (CTC). This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, West Bengal, India.
The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience and a mandatory major in Computer Science.
What you will handle
- Lead end-to-end programmatic campaign execution with a strong focus on performance across Display, Video, Native, and CTV.
- Run large-scale media buys using DV360 and The Trade Desk, and continuously tune campaigns toward ROI, CPA, and CTR targets.
- Work on additional platform operations in Yahoo DSP, Adform, and Campaign Manager 360 whenever the campaign setup requires it.
- Take charge of audience segmentation, activation of first-party data, and smart bidding approaches.
- Investigate and resolve delivery problems, optimisation escalations, tracking breakdowns, SSP integration issues, and ad-serving errors to keep campaigns running smoothly.
- Serve as the main operations point of contact for Account Managers, Sales, and Client Success teams to support campaign delivery.
- Join client strategy conversations and provide practical recommendations as well as technical support to improve results.
What the company is looking for
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Ad Operations or Programmatic; candidates without this background will not be considered.
- Practical working knowledge of DV360, The Trade Desk, Yahoo DSP, Adform, and CM360.
- Experience collaborating with advertisers, publishers, agencies, and ad networks.
- Prior exposure to ad trafficking, advertiser account handling, and campaign management.
- Solid understanding of ad server integrations, including tags, floodlights/pixels, VAST/VPAID, MRAID, macros, viewability, fraud basics, and discrepancy analysis.
- Comfort working with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Nice-to-have exposure
Experience with brand safety and verification tools, data onboarding, clean rooms, and advanced measurement frameworks would be an added advantage.
