Responsibilities

Accurately process vendor invoices and customer payments within set deadlines.
Record, verify, analyze, and report transactions for accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain and reconcile ledger accounts related to payables and receivables, including financial statements and supporting documentation.
Conduct financial analysis and reconciliation to detect inconsistencies, errors, or anomalies indicating potential fraud.
Adhere to verification procedures for transaction entries consistently.
Prepare billing documents for customers and address related account inquiries.
Monitor account activities and assist in resolving issues related to payments, billing, or reconciliation.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or similar operational support roles.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading projects, enhancing processes, or coordinating team activities.
Practical experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, or related accounting activities.
Proficient in financial analyses, reconciliations, and reporting.
Strong command of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
Meticulous attention to detail and capability to maintain precise financial records.
Analytical mindset to identify issues and develop appropriate solutions.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple priorities.
Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while delivering high-quality results.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
