Accounts Receivable Caller

Job summary

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Caller to support a US healthcare process. This role focuses on following up with insurance companies, managing denials, tracking payment-related updates, and helping ensure providers receive reimbursements on time.

Key responsibilities

• Review claims and help sort out billing issues for healthcare providers.
• Work on claims that are denied, returned, or underpaid.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of claim status and every action taken.
• Prepare and handle appeals and claim resubmissions whenever needed.
• Work toward daily output and quality expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to move claim resolutions forward.

Required skills and work expectations

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of RCM and denial handling, along with good communication and analytical abilities. Comfort with a voice-based process and readiness to work rotational shifts are required. The role calls for someone who is self-driven, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Eligibility and experience

This opportunity is open to any graduate. Candidates with undergraduate or graduate backgrounds who have at least 8 months of experience in the AR domain are eligible. Both freshers and experienced applicants may be considered, but immediate joiners are preferred.

Work setup and schedule

This is a work-from-office role based in Hyderabad, India. The language requirement is English, and the shift pattern is rotational.

Compensation

The offered CTC is INR 3.0 LPA to 4.7 LPA, which is approximately INR 300000 to 475000 per year.
