Overview
Our client, a rapidly expanding Precast Concrete firm located in Leixlip, County Kildare, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator. This role involves leading the accounts payable function within a busy and fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Previous experience in accounts payable, purchase ledger, or finance assistance is essential.
- Proven ability to handle and process a large volume of invoices efficiently.
- Strong proficiency with Excel and finance-related software systems.
- High levels of attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or comparable sectors is advantageous.
- Familiarity with software such as Iplicit, Sage, COINS, Viewpoint, Eque2, or equivalent systems is preferred.
- Possession of or progress towards an AAT qualification is desirable.
