Job Overview

Louis Yen Singapore Pte Ltd is looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive to enhance our expanding team. This position is crucial for maintaining the efficiency of our accounting processes. While prior experience covering the complete accounting cycle is advantageous, candidates with enthusiasm and willingness to learn are equally valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently handle financial transactions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processes.
• Perform bank statement reconciliations and compile financial reports.
• Keep accurate and current accounting records up to date.
• Support month-end closing activities to ensure deadlines are met promptly.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and team members concerning financial issues.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the full accounting cycle, with training provided if needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least one year of experience in accounting or a closely related area, or equivalent transferable skills.
• Good grasp of fundamental accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero.
• Keen attention to detail and precision in work outputs.
• Capable of working independently and adhering to deadlines.
• Strong organizational aptitude and ability to manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate well with others.
