Job Overview
Located at Shannon Airport, Park Inn by Radisson is perfectly positioned for travelers and nearby business visitors. We are inviting applications for a full-time Accounts Assistant to join our finance team, supporting the daily financial processes and maintaining precise accounting ledgers for the hotel.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger tasks
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and billing activities
- Handle daily cash operations and perform cash reconciliations
- Track outstanding accounts and perform timely follow-ups
- Contribute to monthly financial reports, audit preparations, and year-end closing processes
- Reconcile transactions including bank accounts, credit cards, and ledgers
- Organize and maintain thorough financial records and utilize accounting software effectively
- Support budgeting efforts, stocktaking, and inventory monitoring
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent numerical aptitude and organizational ability
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Previous experience in finance roles preferred, ideally within the hospitality sector
- Proficiency with Excel and financial accounting systems
