Job Overview
The Account Officer is tasked with overseeing security operations and nurturing robust client relationships to safeguard uninterrupted business activities and ensure exemplary service delivery. This role demands direct oversight of onsite personnel, collaboration with internal teams across billing, recruitment, and strict adherence to SIRA and HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy onsite staff ensuring adherence to grooming standards, comprehensive training, and possession of valid SIRA licenses.
- Maintain consistent fulfillment of client Service Level Agreements and address any operational discrepancies identified during site inspections.
- Serve as the central client liaison to reinforce partnerships, promptly manage client requests, and support client retention.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Finance, and HR departments to address operational needs related to contract fulfillment and initiation.
- Oversee precise and punctual submission of attendance, job charts, and billing documentation to Finance.
- Track contract durations and coordinate with stakeholders to secure timely contract renewals.
- Forecast manpower requirements, including onboarding, offboarding, and replacements due to staff turnover.
- Conduct periodic security surveys and annual site visits to identify improvement opportunities and client needs.
- Supervise physical guarding mobilization milestones and provide continuous feedback until project handover.
- Identify potential business leads and initiate inquiries aimed at cross-selling and revenue growth.
- Implement ongoing training programs to maintain operational readiness and thorough post-to-post inspections.
- Manage staff evaluations and initiate disciplinary procedures to uphold professional standards.
- Promote workplace diversity, motivate personnel, and prevent discriminatory practices at all organizational levels.
- Ensure implementation of all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations, including site visits, meetings, emergency response plans, and accident investigations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of five years’ experience within the security sector.
- Valid SIRA supervisory certification is mandatory.
- Must hold a current UAE driving license.
