Position Overview
The Account Executive role focuses on acquiring new enterprise customers across various industries within the APAC region. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, this role involves building sales pipelines, engaging senior executives, and steering deals from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate is a motivated, resourceful self-starter with a proven track record in selling cloud-based enterprise software.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed annual sales goals by identifying and converting new enterprise accounts.
- Create and implement comprehensive Enterprise Account Plans aimed at securing business success.
- Proactively prospect and generate selling opportunities within greenfield enterprise markets.
- Engage C-level and public sector leaders to articulate strategic value propositions and drive deals to completion.
- Coordinate internal teams and prospects collaboratively to develop tailored Customer Strategy Plans.
- Craft and present high-quality executive sales proposals targeting senior decision-makers.
- Maintain precise sales forecasting with an accuracy benchmark of plus or minus 10%.
- Diligently record all sales activities and updates in the internal CRM system.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline preferred; alternatively, equivalent experience in software sales is acceptable.
- Minimum five years of direct enterprise software sales experience or three years with a relevant Master’s degree.
- Strong knowledge of procurement or supply chain domains is essential.
- Proven success in engaging multi-level stakeholders and executing complex sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads within untapped accounts.
- Skilled in enterprise account planning and developing compelling client value propositions.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- High financial literacy and analytical skills to understand client business needs.
- Preferred bilingual fluency in Thai.
