Role Overview
We are hiring a motivated Academic Counselor to support students in Alwar district. This position is intended for a female candidate who is comfortable using MS Office and can communicate clearly in both spoken and written English. The role focuses on helping students navigate their academic choices, stay on track with their studies, and make informed decisions about their future.
What You Will Do
- Guide students on the courses and academic programs available through the institution.
- Help learners define their study objectives and build practical plans to meet them.
- Follow up with students on a regular basis to review progress and resolve concerns.
- Take part in career guidance sessions and workshops that support informed decision-making.
- Work closely with faculty and support staff to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
