Stallion Academy Of Excellence is looking for an Academic Counsellor to engage with prospective learners, guide them through the institute’s offerings, and support conversions through effective communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to leads through both outbound and inbound calls.
- Present the product or program details clearly and address customer objections confidently.
- Stay connected with prospects through regular follow-ups until the deal is closed.
- Keep the CRM updated every day with accurate activity and lead status information.
- Work toward assigned sales goals and conversion targets.
- Maintain a courteous, professional, and relationship-focused approach at all times.
