Job Overview and Requirements

We are looking for an experienced 3D Drafter with a minimum of two years of professional experience in drafting and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Candidates must have prior work experience in Singapore to be eligible for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Update modules and services across multiple systems efficiently.
• Utilize CAD, Revit, Computerized System Design (CSD), and Reflected Ceiling Plan (RCP) drawings proficiently.
• Create both 2D and 3D drawings to support BIM workflows.
• Modify and redesign drawings according to specific mark-ups and detailed project specifications.
• Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) components and services.
• Generate and revise various shop drawings including schematic layouts, detailed drawings, penetration diagrams, as-built documentation, and sectional views.
