About the Role
Triad Ltd. is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic 3D Designer/Visualiser with at least three years of professional experience to join their creative team. The role involves owning projects from initial concept through to final delivery while collaborating on significant, high-profile briefs. This position bridges creative ideation and technical execution, including concept development, storyboarding, 3D modeling, environment creation, realistic material and lighting design, animation support, and post-production assistance.
Responsibilities and Skills
- Develop and execute creative concepts and storyboards.
- Create detailed and high-quality 3D models and environments.
- Apply realistic materials and lighting to enhance visual output.
- Support animation processes and assist with post-production activities when necessary.
- Manage projects independently while effectively collaborating and communicating within the team.
- Present ideas confidently to colleagues and clients.
- Maintain strong organizational skills to meet multiple project deadlines.
- Continually improve skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
Software Proficiency
- Autodesk 3ds Max
- V-Ray
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- XD or Figma
Candidate Profile
- Strong portfolio showcasing advanced modeling, lighting, texturing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Passionate about 3D design and the latest technologies.
- Creative problem solver with great attention to detail and conceptual thinking.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative creative team.
- Confident presenter and communicator regarding creative progress.
- Some sketching ability is advantageous.
