Job Overview
The successful candidate will skillfully recognize the requirements of both new and existing clients, supporting their success with our product. This involves establishing effective communication channels with customers and internal teams to understand and resolve any challenges faced by clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure customer success and address stakeholder concerns
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to accurately identify and fulfill their needs
- Conduct on-site visits to customers to uncover potential growth opportunities within our platform
- Oversee and manage all reports concerning the status and performance of customer accounts
Qualifications
- Experience in account management roles
- Strong communication skills with a background in client-facing positions
