Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and follow up on calls to potential students and their guardians.
- Offer comprehensive counseling on courses, admission procedures, fees, and career prospects.
- Evaluate student requirements to suggest appropriate educational options.
- Establish and nurture relationships through consistent communication.
- Professionally manage queries, concerns, and objections.
- Convert interested leads into admissions by effectively detailing program advantages and assisting with enrollment steps.
- Maintain detailed logs of interactions and follow-ups within the CRM tool.
- Meet assigned monthly targets for admissions and lead conversion.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate a seamless admission experience.
- Conduct counseling sessions via telephone, video conferencing, and face-to-face meetings as necessary.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Must be able to start between July 14, 2026 and August 18, 2026.
