About the Internship
This internship offers comprehensive exposure to the sales and customer support activities at Spencer's Retail Limited, a reputable multi-format retailer under the RP Sanjiv Goenka Group. Interns will engage with customers through multiple communication platforms such as phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and respond to customer queries via various communication channels.
- Deliver detailed product and service information to prospective and existing customers.
- Support the sales team by managing leads and coordinating orders efficiently.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with customers regarding their inquiries, orders, and service requests.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain precise and updated records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Contribute to daily concierge and customer support operations to enhance customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship position.
- Internship start date should fall between June 12, 2026, and July 31, 2026.
- Commitment to the entire 6-month duration of the internship is mandatory.
- Candidates must possess relevant skills and interests aligned with sales and customer support.
- Graduates or students currently pursuing graduation from recognized institutions are eligible.

Stipend and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranges from INR 16,000 to INR 23,000, comprising a fixed pay of INR 15,000 to INR 20,000 plus an additional incentive of INR 1,000 to INR 3,000.
- Interns will receive a certificate upon completion and a letter of recommendation based on performance.
- The dress code is informal to provide a comfortable work environment.
