About the Internship
This internship involves supporting the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects. Interns will gradually take charge of daily stand-up meetings and internal coordination calls. They will participate in client discussions to gain exposure to project requirements and progress updates, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering and design to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Interns will use project management software to track tasks, deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables. They will be responsible for preparing and maintaining critical documentation like Business Requirement Documents, scope and requirements documents, meeting notes, and progress trackers. Additionally, interns will assist with planning activities by helping define timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Skills and Requirements
- Good understanding of project management principles and lifecycle.
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Knowledge of core SDLC stages including requirements gathering, planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to document requirements and workflows in detail.
- Prior exposure to project management through academic projects or internships.
- Experience or academic use of tools like Jira, ClickUp, or similar project management platforms is preferred.
