Internship Role and Responsibilities
The selected intern will play an active role in various HR functions on a daily basis, including:
- Participating extensively in recruitment activities, such as crafting job descriptions, publishing job advertisements, and managing the complete hiring lifecycle.
- Assisting in the rollout and support of human resources initiatives and systems.
- Providing guidance and counseling on company policies and procedural matters.
- Designing and executing robust onboarding programs for new hires.
- Contributing to performance management procedures.
- Supporting the handling of disciplinary actions and grievance resolutions.
- Maintaining accurate employee records, including attendance and master data, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.
- Assessing employment conditions and work environment to support smooth operational function.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Ability to commence the internship between July 15, 2026, and August 19, 2026.
- Commitment to the entire 6-month internship duration.
- Relevant skills and keen interest in human resources functions.
Additional Requirements
- Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience navigating and utilizing job portals for recruitment purposes.
- Strong eagerness to learn with a sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 12,000 to INR 15,000. Additional benefits include a certificate of internship completion, a letter of recommendation, and a relaxed informal dress code.
