About the Internship
This internship offers a chance to assist the fundraising team with investor research, onboarding, relationship management, and deal execution while gaining practical experience in investment banking and fundraising processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed research to identify Angel Investors, Family Offices, Venture Capitalists, Private Equity Funds, and strategic investors.
- Develop and update investor databases using CRM tools.
- Support outreach efforts to investors, facilitate onboarding, and coordinate meetings.
- Align and connect investors with appropriate fundraising opportunities.
- Draft investment teasers, corporate profiles, and investor briefing documents.
- Manage documentation, due diligence coordination, and follow-ups during fundraising activities.
- Monitor deal progression from initial investor engagement to final transaction closure.
- Perform market research focused on funding trends and investor behavior.
