About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in cinematography within a dynamic digital agency setting. The intern will transform briefs into creative concepts, develop shot lists and rough scripts, and handle camera work including framing, lighting, and basic audio for interviews and B-roll footage. Responsibilities also include directing founders and clients during shoots to capture authentic responses, editing various video formats such as reels, testimonials, and long-form content, focusing on storytelling rather than just simple cutting and captioning. Managing shooting equipment, backing up footage, and ensuring a clean handover of files after every shoot are also essential tasks.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must be available for an in-office full-time internship in Bangalore, starting between July 25, 2026, and August 29, 2026, for a six-month duration. They should possess relevant skills and interest in cinematography and video production. Candidates should be comfortable operating cameras independently, proficient with editing software such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Capcut, and have a strong sense of what content engages audiences, including hooks and pacing. Experience in producing testimonial or story-driven brand content is needed. Access to basic filming equipment is required, along with familiarity with subtitles, sound design, and light motion graphics. Physical fitness and mobility to commit to full shoot days onsite are necessary.

Compensation and Benefits
Interns will receive a monthly stipend between INR 10,000 and INR 12,000. Additional perks include a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion of the internship.
