AI Tools & Onboarding Intern

About the internship

This in-office internship is focused on helping customers get started with an AI voice-calling product and supporting automation-driven workflows. The role combines customer onboarding, practical AI tool usage, and hands-on exposure to SaaS operations.

What you will do

• Guide newly onboarded customers through the setup and activation of the AI voice-calling software.
• Create, monitor, and improve automation flows using tools such as Activepieces and n8n.
• Apply AI tools and prompt engineering to solve practical business challenges.
• Coordinate with customers over phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to keep the onboarding and support journey smooth.
• Build working knowledge of AI automation, workflow automation, and SaaS products through day-to-day tasks.

Who can apply

Applicants must be able to join a full-time, in-office internship, start between 7 July 2026 and 11 August 2026, commit for 6 months, and be based in Ahmedabad. Candidates should have relevant skills and interest in the role. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also welcome to apply. Freshers may apply as well.

Eligibility and other requirements

• Must be available for a full-time internship at the office.
• Must be able to begin within the stated joining window.
• Must be available for the complete 6-month duration.
• Must be from Ahmedabad only.
• Should be comfortable using computers and picking up new software quickly.
• Should be curious about AI tools and willing to work with them practically.
• Must have good verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
• Should have a strong learning attitude and adapt easily to new technologies.
• Must be able to work from the office on CG Road, Ahmedabad.

Compensation and conversion

The stipend is ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month. The pay structure includes a fixed component of ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month and incentive pay of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per month. If converted to a permanent role, the expected salary range is ₹3,00,000 to ₹6,00,000 per year.
