Role Overview

As a Working Student in Legal Operations, you will manage and optimize the customer journey for incorporation cases, using AI tools to streamline workflows while personally handling tasks that require legal understanding and judgment.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule notary appointments, maintaining an up-to-date overview of case progress.
• Provide clear, respectful, and friendly customer support addressing client inquiries promptly.
• Utilize AI technologies to draft communications, triage cases, and proactively identify potential issues before escalation.
• Manage complex cases where human legal insight is necessary, referring matters to notary offices or internal teams as appropriate.
• Contribute to improving support AI by identifying frequently recurring questions and workflows to prioritize for automation enhancements.
