Role Overview
We are hosting a walk-in recruitment drive for a position demanding solid expertise in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM). The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive experience in Workday's core modules and demonstrate proficiency across various functional domains.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Extensive hands-on experience with Workday HCM's core functionalities.
- Advanced understanding of the Business Process Framework, alongside expertise in reporting mechanisms and calculated fields within Workday.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) integrations and comprehensive knowledge of Workday security roles configuration.
- Thorough grasp of the entire human resource lifecycle processes, enabling efficient process management and implementation.
- Strong analytical capabilities combined with excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
