About the Role

HealthSearch Group is seeking an experienced Workday Administrator to manage and enhance the Workday HR and Payroll platform for a reputable healthcare organization. This role involves leading the configuration, administration, and continual support of Workday systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Direct the implementation and ongoing management of Workday HR and Payroll modules.
Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and IT departments to collect business requirements and devise system solutions.
Configure Workday components to maximize efficiency while maintaining data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Address technical challenges, perform troubleshooting, and develop system enhancements.
Provide training sessions, create documentation, and support end users consistently.
Continuously monitor system health and propose improvements.

Required Qualifications

At least five years of practical experience administering Workday HR and Payroll platforms.
In-depth expertise in Workday configuration and system administration.
Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with the capacity to work autonomously yet collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
