About the Role

Lancaster University is seeking to employ three Wellbeing Mentors to join the Student Wellbeing Services at their Bailrigg campus. This permanent, full-time position offers a salary ranging from £33,002 to £37,694. The role focuses on supporting students with social communication difficulties, specifically those with ADHD, Autism, and Asperger’s Syndrome, to help them transition into university life, manage their studies, and prepare for future academic or employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist students before arrival and encourage their involvement in the 'Preparing for Lancaster' program.
